itypelive makes it so easy for you to pay for your transcription work. There
are no set up fees, no contracts, no minimum fee - just send your dictation when
it suits you!
itypelive charges per audio minute.
Dictation is rounded up to the nearest minute. You can work out in advance the
cost of your sound file.

Typing
This is charged for the amount of time taken
to type the document and proof read it - based on the cost of £16 per hour. Office
Hours
• Normal
office hours are 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
• 24 hour turnaround
is from when the sound file is submitted.
• Priority service is transcribed
immediately during office hours.
• Overnight service is transcribed after
5.00 pm and returned ready for 8.30 am the next morning.
• Weekend service
is work transcribed after 5.00 pm on Friday evening and returned ready for 8.30
am on the following Monday morning.
Payment
itypelive will email an invoice
to you at the end of each month, this invoice will clearly detail all sound files
submitted by the client for you to check. In order not to delay your ongoing service
payment should be made online within 14 days of receipt of invoice, regular clients
should make payment within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Bank account details
are supplied with invoice.
We reserve the right to claim statutory interest
at 8% above the Bank of England base rate at the date the debt becomes overdue
and debt recovery compensation in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial
Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
